Sagehen Summer for Incoming Pomona College Students

Sagehen Summer is a dynamic experience designed to help you feel ready to begin your time at Pomona College.

Through interactive sessions, you’ll learn how to approach college coursework and residential life, all while building a support system at Pomona.

How it Works

Over five weeks, beginning on June 14, there will be two sessions per day, Monday through Friday (except holidays) held over Zoom. Detailed schedules by week are available in the collapsible menus below.

Schedule Overview

Sundays at 4 p.m.: Sponsor-run Student Socials

Mondays at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Student Affairs Programming

Tuesdays at 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Math 1-2-1 Program

Wednesdays at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Academic Affairs Programming

Thursdays at 7:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Math 1-2-1 Program

Friday at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.: Center for Speaking, Writing, and the Image and Dialogue Programming
