Pomona College is working to make our campus community a place where every student, faculty and staff member has the opportunity to flourish—academically, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Following its last campus climate survey in 2020, Pomona conducted a follow-up study in Spring 2026 to examine how perceptions among our campus community have changed since then. Hearing from our community enables Pomona to be responsive to concerns, and we have once again contracted with Rankin Climate (now called Interwoven Insights) to lead this effort.
A newsroom story summarizing this year’s results has been posted and the complete report and presentations in English and Spanish are now accessible to all members of Pomona’s campus community (login required).
